How to check your appointment
Checking your appointment is easy. Enter your email address in the box on the right side and click the "check appt" button. If you have upcoming appointments, an email will be sent to you with your appointment details.
This service will only work if you have provided the office with your email address. If you wish to sign up for this service, please provide the office with your email address.
Making an appointment
To make an appointment to see your family doctor, please call the office at 416-964-0800. If there is no answer, leave a message. Appointments cannot be booked online at this time.
Please note the following information:
- You must bring a valid healthcard to your appointment, or you will be billed on a fee-for-service basis.
- We book appointments on a priority basis, so if you have an immediate problem, please inform us.
- Depending on availability physicals are usually booked atleast a month in advance.
Cancellations
You must give atleast 24hrs notice if you are unable to make your appointment. We reserve the right to bill you directly for any missed appointments
