On Call Services
On Call services are available only to patients of Taddle Creek Connection.
Our on call services are in effect during the following hours:
| Weekdays | 5 pm to 9 am |
| Weekends | 5 pm Friday to 9 am Monday |
| Stat. Holidays | 24 hrs. |
Both a nurse triage system and an MD affiliated with Taddle Creek Family Health Team are oncall during these times. By phoning the afterhours number, 1-866-553-7205, you will reach an RN trained in telephone assessment. After the RN assesses your problem, one of the following will occur: health advice is given, a referral to the after-hours clinic is made, the oncall doctor is contacted to give further advice, or an urgent referral to the emergency department is advised.
After hours clinics are in effect during the following hours:

| Saturday | Time varies according to on call dr. |
Clinics are run by the MD oncall for the Taddle Creek Family Health Team in their usual office. Check the home page for the up-to-date location.
