Our on call services are in effect during the following hours:
| Weekdays | 5 pm to 9 am |
| Weekends | 5 pm Friday to 9 am Monday |
| Stat. Holidays | 24 hrs. |
Both a nurse triage system and an MD affiliated with Taddle Creek Family Health Team are oncall during these times. By phoning the afterhours number, 1-866-553-7205, you will reach an RN trained in telephone assessment. After the RN assesses your problem, one of the following will occur: health advice is given, a referral to the after-hours clinic is made, the oncall doctor is contacted to give further advice, or an urgent referral to the emergency department is advised.
